Thank you for purchasing our fan products. To ensure safe operation, extend service life and achieve better‑cooling performance, please follow the suggestions below:
- Check the power cord and plug before turning on the fan. Stop using immediately if you find damage, cracks or loose connections.
- Do not operate the fan with wet hands. Keep the unit away from water, rain and damp environments unless it is marked with a waterproof rating.
- Keep fingers, hair, clothing and foreign objects away from rotating fan blades to avoid injury.
- Place the fan on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping over during running.
- Leave enough space around the air inlet and outlet. Do not cover or block the grille, which will reduce airflow and cause overheating.
- Keep the fan at a reasonable distance from walls, curtains and furniture for good air circulation.
- Do not run the fan at maximum speed continuously for extremely long hours. Adjust speed mode according to actual needs.
- If the fan makes unusual noise, vibration or smells burnt, please power it off right away and inspect it.
- For models with oscillation function: do not manually push the fan head; use the built‑in oscillation control only.
- Always disconnect power supply before cleaning or maintaining the fan.
- Regularly remove dust from grilles and blades. Accumulated dust will lower airflow efficiency.
- Do not spray water directly onto the fan motor and electrical components. Use a dry or slightly damp soft cloth for wiping.
- If you will not use the fan for a long period, turn off the power, clean it well, and store it in a dry, cool place.
- Avoid storing under direct sunlight or high‑humidity conditions to prevent component aging.
